The Panorama City Business Assistance Program was created by the Community Redevelopment Agency of Los Angeles. The project is administered by VEDC, in partnership with the Mayor's Office of Economic Development, Councilman Tony Cárdenas in District 6, Councilman Richard Alarcón in District 7, the Community Development Department, and other Panorama City stakeholders.
